- Operating Pressures up to 10 Bar to maximize dewatering;
- Various designs of stand-alone or an integral Gravity Drainage Screen for maximum removal of free water before squeezing is applied;
- Wedge & Pre-Press Zones where gradual pressure is applied to ensure a competent, squeezable cake;
- High Pressure / High Shear zones where the cake is subject to increasing pressures around rollers of decreasing diameter for maximum dryness;
- External pinch rollers to ensure minimum cake moisture content.
