Poly-Wedge Wire Panels
GKD’s polywedge panels (also known as polywedge screen panels or polyurethane wedge wire) have been designed to offer the high open area drainage benefits of polyurethane and the abrasive and corrosion resistance benefits of wedge wire. Used predominantly in coal mines, these polyurethaneembedded wedge wire inserts are recommended for harsh and abrasive applications, such as sizing, drain and rinse, and dewatering.
We offer polywedge panels with aperture sizes ranging from 0.15 mm to 10 mm, and material grades 304 SS / 430 SS / 316 SS and 3CR12.
