Woven Heavy Mesh
Woven heavy mesh screens (also known as vibrating screen mesh, screen mesh or heavy mesh) are used in many applications, from mining, to crushing and quarrying, industrial and even agricultural and food industry processes. They are predominately used in vibrating machines for screening and sizing of aggregates and other materials. Screens can be manufactured in mild steel, high carbon wire, 304 or 316 stainless steel. We offer both pre-woven stocks and made-to-order weaves, depending on our clients’ screening requirements.
The maximum screen size we offer is 2,500 x 30 m, with apertures ranging from 2 mm to 120 mm. Wire diameter ranges from 0.9 mm to 12.5 mm. GKD offers a range of heavy mesh weave types, all designed to be hard-wearing with high tensile strength.
